Un nuovo personaggio nello skyline della città di Lugano: un tetto sospeso, le terrazze a sbalzo, le vetrate aperte verso il paesaggio, le grandi pannellature scorrevoli di oscuramento, la bicromia del rosso e del bianco, le finestre a nastro che svuotano gli angoli, il basamento sprofondato nel terreno. In un lotto difficile, che fortemente ha condizionato la conformazione planimetrica dell’edificio.
A new character on the skyline of the city of Lugano: a suspended roof, overhanging terraces, windows opening towards the landscape, large sliding dimming panels, the bi-coloured composition of white and red, glazed bands which empty the corners, and the basement sunk into the ground. Structuring this lot is not an easy task, strongly influenced as it is by the planimetric conformation of the building.
